We loved the location of this hotel, as it was very close to the Convention Centre and right across from the casino. Additionally, we found it to be incredibly convenient as it was right across the river from the free tram zone and close to everything we needed during our stay. The hotel facilities were great, with a cosy bed and a generous supply of pillows, cooking facilities, utensils, and basic toiletries. We appreciated having reliable free Wi-Fi and free parking, as well as a spacious apartment that had everything we needed to feel at home during our stay.
Don't have any issues at all.

Proximity to conference centre.
No late arrival service. Having to service the apartment - specifically the requirement to wash linen before vacating. This should have been mentioned before the booking.

We loved the location. It was walking distance to all the places we wanted to see and the views are fantastic, especially at night. The apartment was well set up with everything we needed. Nice and clean and very comfortable and relaxing to come home to at the end of our day. Great to have Foxtel and internet included also. Overall was very easy to stay here and will definitely stay here when we return to Melbourne.

The hotel boasts a prime location for those looking for easy access to public transportation, with a tram stop situated right outside the entrance. the hotel is conveniently located near a busy intersection, providing guests with a lively and bustling atmosphere. the hotel is also just across the river from the free-tram zone and close to the casino, with reasonable taxi fares to the city center.
Some aspects of the hotel, such as maintenance and cleanliness, could use improvement, according to guest reviews.

A lovely apartment at The Centurian, fabulous views, well appointed, great location and convenient to public transport. Having Foxtel and wifi included in the tariff was great.
I found adhering to all the requirements on vacating the premises somewhat daunting.

Excellent location handy to the central city, train station and the trams. Southbank restaurants and cafes about 100m away. Nice clean roomy apartment with good facilities and very private.
Staying on the fifth floor was very noisy from the street traffic and trams.

Location, facilities
Worst designed kitchen in the world for cooking in (albeit beautiful to look at) Air conditioning far too cold.

Great views of the city lights at night. Good location close to restaurants and entertainment. the apartment was well-stocked with plates and utensils and the beds were comfortable.
Some small maintenance issues like broken hinges in the cupboards and shower screen and a heater only in the living room. the bedrooms didn't get enough heat, which was a problem during the cold nights we stayed.
